Qinghai Tibet Group Corporation launches the first Xinjiang oriented tourism special train in 2025

      On the 3rd, it was learned from China Railway Qinghai Tibet Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qinghai Tibet Group Company") that at 23:07 yesterday, the company's first Xinjiang oriented tourism special train of the year, Y359 Changyou Xinjiang Tourism Train, departed from Xining Station.

      It is reported that more than 710 passengers who took the special train came from Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai and other places. During the 15 day journey, travelers will follow the ancient Silk Road and experience the magnificent natural scenery and unique ethnic and cultural customs of Xinjiang.

      In response to the fact that the special train mainly consists of parent-child and elderly groups, Qinghai Tibet Group Company has increased the number of soft sleeper carriages to 7, and arranged for passengers' relatives and friends to board according to nearby berths, with accompanying doctors and professional tour guides throughout the journey.

      At the same time, the special train adopts a "evening departure and morning arrival" operation mode for 14 days, connecting the main scenic spots and cities in northern and southern Xinjiang into a chain, creating a boutique dining car on the train, and providing 24-hour hot water and meal services for passengers.

      It is reported that Qinghai Tibet Group plans to continue operating tourist trains to Xinjiang on July 14th, August 26th, and September 13th, further meeting the summer and autumn tourism needs of tourists in Xinjiang and promoting the integrated development of regional economy and cultural tourism industry.
